Since attaining cityhood in 2012, Mabalacat has seen vibrant growth, buoyed by Clark International Airport, a thriving economic zone, and a well-connected transport network. Rich in culture, infrastructure, and governance, the city continues to be central to Pampanga’s progress.
Mabalacat City is approximately 16 kilometers (10 miles) from San Fernando, the provincial capital, and about 93 kilometers (58 miles) from Manila.
